At Monad, we are committed to offering you unique, high-quality pieces crafted with care. Below are the details regarding our shipping and returns policies.

SHIPPING POLICY

  • All in-stock orders will be shipped within 3-5 business days.
  • Made-to-order pieces have an estimated production time of 2-3 weeks before shipping.
  • Customized pieces, including inlays, engravings, or other special details, may require additional production time.
  • We use reliable shipping services to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition.

RETURN POLICY

Returns & Exchanges

  • Eligible items can be returned for store credit or exchanged within 7 days of delivery.
  • Custom orders, engraved pieces, altered items, and Final Sale items are non-returnable.
  • To initiate a return, please contact us at hola@monad.mx with your order details. Returns must be authorized by our team and shipped back in their original, unused condition, including the original packaging, within 5 business days of receiving authorization.
  • Monad reserves the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria or to charge a restocking fee.

Non-returnable items include:

  • Customized, engraved, or altered pieces.
  • Sale or final-sale items.

Size Exchanges for Belts

  • Size exchanges for belts are possible. Customers are responsible for the shipping fee only.
  • Belts must be returned in their original, unused condition, including the attached tag.

Shipping costs are non-refundable, and customers are responsible for return shipping fees.

REPAIRS

We stand by the quality of our craftsmanship. For issues related to materials or workmanship, please email us at hola@monad.mx within 30 days of receiving your piece. Repairs due to wear, accidents, or damage can also be accommodated for a fee, with pricing and timelines assessed on a case-by-case basis.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

  • Orders outside of Mexico may be subject to taxes, duties, or additional fees, which are the customer’s responsibility.
  • Monad is not liable for these additional costs.

PRODUCTION TIMES AND PRODUCT AVAILABILITY

  • Shipping dates are estimates and may vary depending on the complexity of production.
  • If your order includes items with different availability times, it will be shipped once all items are ready unless you request partial shipping at an additional cost.
