In-stock pieces are processed and shipped within 2-3 business days. Made-to-order items may take 5-6 weeks to craft before shipment. Once your order is ready, we’ll provide tracking information.

Gold vermeil is a traditional technique of plating sterling silver with a thick layer of gold. All Monad gold vermeil pieces are coated with 18-karat gold or 24-karat gold, ensuring durability.

To preserve the beauty of your Monad pieces:

• Silver: Sterling silver is prone to tarnish when exposed to moisture or air. Clean it using a soft cloth and silver polish or try a simple at-home remedy with baking soda, aluminum foil, and salt.
• Gold Vermeil: Avoid exposing your gold vermeil pieces to chemicals, perfumes, or abrasive surfaces. Clean gently with a microfiber cloth.
• Storage: Store your jewelry in a dry, airtight container to minimize exposure to humidity and prevent tarnishing.

Over time, minor scratches and marks may develop, lending your piece a unique, lived-in character. If you prefer a polished look, most trusted jewelers can restore the original finish.

We recommend using the size guide available on our website. If that is not convenient, you can measure your finger with a measuring tape and email us a photo at hola@monad.mx, and we’ll assist you in determining your size. Alternatively, you can visit any jewelry store, where they can accurately measure your ring size.

We recommend using the size guide available on our website. For men, you can also email us your pant size at hola@monad.mx, and we’ll help determine the right belt size for you. For women, please measure the circumference of where you’d like to wear the belt (waist or hips) and email us the measurement, and we’ll assist you further.
