Worldwide shipping available. Cost may vary by region, and it is calculated at checkout. 

 

We want you to have your purchase as soon as possible, so in-stock items typically ship out within 2 working days, however, please note that during sale periods delays may be incurred due to increased volume. Delivery takes between 3-10 business days depending on your location, estimated time is calculated at checkout. Pre-orders are only available for certain products. Please allow us around 4 weeks for any pre-orders to be fulfilled. 


Please note processing times do not include weekends or holidays. 


The below shipping times should be used as a guide only and are based on time from dispatch. MONAD cannot be responsible for delays as a result of remote delivery locations, national holidays, customs delays or adverse weather conditions.

Duties and Taxes: 


We operate on a Delivered Duty Unpaid basis. All orders shipped outside of Mexico will be subjected to duties and taxes upon receipt. Please contact your local customs authority for more information. Please note that all duty and sales taxes are non-refundable, if a package is refused and returned to our warehouse, any return shipping costs and duties / taxes incurred will be deducted before a refund is credited.

Order Tracking: 


You will receive an automated email containing tracking information as soon as your order ships. Please note that it takes up to 48 hours for the first scan to appear, so do not be alarmed if your package isn’t immediately “in transit.”


REFUND policy 


We hope you’ll love your order, but if it isn’t quite right returning it to us is easy. 

Simply contact hello@monad.mx to start a return, and a member of our team will provide you with our returns address and instructions.


You can return unused items within 14 days of receipt for an exchange or a refund via store credit. One exchange is allowed per order.


Items must be returned in its original state with all tags still attached, box and dust bag. Garments that are returned with signs of being worn or delivered to our returns team outside of the stated 14-day policy window will not be accepted.
